Cheques
Cheques should be made payable to 'Jane Cordery'. Your order will be dispatched once your cheque has cleared and you have been notified that your order has been accepted.
Bank Transfers
Your payment may be made by bank transfer. Once your order has been received I will give you instructions as to how to make the bank transfer. I accept bank transfers from overseas.
Delivery
I normally deliver by Royal Mail or Parcelforce Worldwide and endeavour to have your chosen artwork despatched within 14 days of order confirmation/receipt of payment but please allow 30 days for delivery.
I can deliver overseas but please be aware the delivery time may take longer and certain conditions may apply. Please make contact with me via my web-site.
Cancellation/Refunds
You may cancel your order for any reason up to 14 days after you receive the goods (the statutory limit is 7 days). Notification of cancellation should be made direct to me via my web-site in writing. Goods must be returned in the original condition and at your own cost. The goods must be returned securely in either the original packing material or similar. Once the goods have been received and checked you will be issued with a full refund, usually via the same method by which you made payment. My priority is that you are satisfied with your purchase so if you experience any problems or difficulties please make contact with me immediately via my web-site. I normally aim to respond within 3 days of any contact.
